When you place an order, you commit to buying the product at the price indicated, including any delivery fees. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for non bespoke products within 5 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. Bespoke laser etched products are made to order and are not returnable. Please contact us at sales@swish.co.uk for more information on returns and refunds.

The content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Swish Business Software and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Every Swish Card has a Near Field Communication chip that sends information wirelessly to your phone. When you bring a compatible device close to the card, your information is automatically passed over to the device. Your new contact just has to click on the pop up on their screen and your data is downloaded to their device! Magic!

Bespoke Business Card allows for your own design and branding to be burned onto your card. The Swish Card has Swish Branding shown on the metal face of the card.

Swish is compatible with Android and Apple devices, allowing users to easily share their profiles. Profiles can also be shared via URL or QR code, making them accessible on almost any device.

Yes, After you receive your card and have set it up using the Swish App, you can update your card as often as you like, changes will be reflected real time.
